SMARTS|GENIUS - Password help

 

Have your user name and password e-mailed to you.
  1. Go to the appropriate InfoEd home page: (Main Campus/Branches) or (HSC).
  2. To get your user name and password, choose the "Get Profile" button.
  3. Select State (New Mexico).
  4. Press "Continue".
  5. Select Institution (University of New Mexico).
  6. Press "Continue"
  7. Select your profile: press "Set". A pop-up window will appear.
  8. Select the first letter of your surname from the Alpha list.
  9. Using the pull-down menu, select your name from the Alpha list.
  10. Press "Select"
  11. At the "Is this the profile?" prompt, select "Yes, this is my profile" from the pull-down menu.
  12. Press "Continue"
  13. Your user name and password will be e-mailed to you at your email address on record.

Note: All information entered on a SMARTS|GENIUS profile is protected by a secure server.
