List Screening

  Debarment - Excluded Parties

Certain countries, organizations and individuals are prohibited from receiving U.S. exports.   Others may only receive goods if they have been licensed.  This is true based on the ECCN and Commerce Country Chart, an EAR99 designation, ITAR Prohibited Countries, or the Denied Persons List - even for items that do not normally require a license.

You must be aware of information on the following lists.  Do not export items or information to an entity until you have checked to see whether that entity has been sanctioned for any reason.
