Controlled Countries or Individuals

Below are links to various government lists of countries or individuals that have been designated as controlled for national security purposes.

 

Commerce Control List (CCL)

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) maintains the Commerce Control List (CCL) and the Commerce Country Chart within the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which includes items subject to their export licensing authority.

 

United States Munitions List (USML)

The US Munitions List (USML) is the part of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or ITAR that defines which defense articles and services are subject to licensing.

 

Select Agents and Toxins List (CDC)

Below is the Center for Disease Control (CDC) List of certain biological agents/toxins whose inadvertent or deliberate release may have severe and adverse public health or animal and plant health consequences.
