The Research Ethics and Integrity Program (REIP) in the Office of the Vice President for Research is sponsoring this webinar produced by the Society of Research Administrators (SRA).

This session will provide an overview of the National Science Foundation's new requirement's (which take effect on January 4, 2010) for institutions to provide training and oversight in the responsible and ethical conduct of research. There will be three speakers, from NSF, SDSU, and UCSD, presenting on RCR education. The information will be useful to those funded by NSF and considering resources and approaches for meeting NSF's new expectations. Subsequent to this webinar and in discussion with faculty, REIP will provide a template that will be useful for investigators when preparing NSF proposals. Questions or comments should be sent to Bill Gannon, UNM Research Ethics and Integrity Director, at wgannon@unm.edu
